Non-standard is our standard. We engineer every cooler to your machine’s dimensions, ports and duty — from a drawing, a sample, or your duty parameters.
Send us your specs or drawing. Our engineers reply within 24 hours with a sizing recommendation and quotation.
Vacuum-brazed cores, 100% pressure and leak tested before shipment. No leaks, no surprises.
Manufactured in our own factory — no middlemen, factory-direct pricing. Your brand, your packaging, your drawing, from prototype to volume.
How We Work
No catalog guessing. You tell us the machine, the heat load and the space — we design, build and test the cooler that fits.
Your specs — machine, heat load, space, drawing.
Our design — sizing + quotation within 24 hours.
Build & test — prototype, then tested production.
Ship — documented, packed for export.

Hydraulic oil works best in a narrow temperature band. Here is why 40-60 C matters, what happens when oil overheats, and how oil coolers - from hydraulic circuits to circular vacuum pump radiators - keep your system healthy.

Quick answers to the questions customers ask us most about oil coolers, sizing and custom manufacturing.
An oil cooler is a heat exchanger that removes excess heat from hydraulic oil, lube oil or gear oil. Hot oil flows through metal passages inside the core and hands its heat to air or water, then returns to the circuit at a safe temperature.
If oil runs too hot, viscosity drops, seals and hoses age faster, and pumps, valves and bearings wear out sooner. Keeping oil in the ideal 40-60 C range protects the whole system.
For most hydraulic and lubrication systems the ideal range is 40-60 C. Very cold oil is thick and hard to pump; very hot oil loses its protective film. The cooler removes excess heat to keep the oil in this band.
Air-cooled coolers use a fan to blow air across finned cores and need no water, so they suit mobile machines and remote sites. Water-cooled coolers are more compact and efficient but need a clean water supply. See our air-cooled vs water-cooled guide.
No. The oil and water circuits are always separated by a metal wall, and every cooler is pressure tested before shipment. In normal operation the two fluids never mix.
Send us your oil type and flow rate, heat load or target temperature, ambient or water temperature, and available space. Our engineers size the core and fan or water circuit for you, usually within 24 hours.
Yes. We are a manufacturer, not a trader. Send us your CAD drawing or a sample and we will confirm the design, material and quotation.
Yes. We manufacture to your drawings with your brand, or design the cooler for your application under ODM. Custom nameplates, painting and packaging are available.
Every cooler is pressure and leak tested. We also perform burst and corrosion testing on samples to verify the safety margin of the design, and test reports are available on request.
Usually within 24 hours after we receive your parameters or drawing. Prototypes are available for evaluation before volume production.
