Cool Industrial Hydraulic Systems That Run Hot
An industrial hydraulic oil cooler with a cooling fan and flange connection removes heat from hydraulic power units (HPUs), presses, injection moulding machines and machine tools. Hot oil flows through a finned aluminum core, the fan blows air across the fins, and the cooled oil returns to the circuit at a safe working temperature.

How It Works
- Hot hydraulic oil enters the cooler through the flange connection.
- Oil flows through the bar-and-plate core, and heat transfers to the fins.
- The fan blows air across the fins, carrying the heat away.
- The cooled oil returns to the power unit through the outlet flange.
