Cool Industrial Hydraulic Systems That Run Hot

An industrial hydraulic oil cooler with a cooling fan and flange connection removes heat from hydraulic power units (HPUs), presses, injection moulding machines and machine tools. Hot oil flows through a finned aluminum core, the fan blows air across the fins, and the cooled oil returns to the circuit at a safe working temperature.

How It Works

  1. Hot hydraulic oil enters the cooler through the flange connection.
  2. Oil flows through the bar-and-plate core, and heat transfers to the fins.
  3. The fan blows air across the fins, carrying the heat away.
  4. The cooled oil returns to the power unit through the outlet flange.
