Does Your Vacuum Pump Lose Vacuum When It Gets Hot?
A circular vacuum pump radiator keeps the sealing and lubricating oil of a vacuum pump at the right temperature. Vacuum pump oil does two jobs at once: it seals the clearances inside the pump and lubricates the moving parts. Both jobs depend on the oil staying within its temperature range.
We are a custom circular vacuum pump radiator manufacturer - every unit is engineered to your pump's size, duty and mounting, then built and tested in our own factory. Our heavy-duty aluminum radiators are built for continuous operation in hot, humid plant environments.
Key Features & Benefits
- Custom fit: built to your pump model, envelope, ports and heat load - non-standard is our standard.
- Stable sealing: keeps oil temperature in range so vacuum performance stays consistent.
- Heavy-duty aluminum core: vacuum-brazed plate-fin construction with anti-corrosion surface treatment for harsh plant air.
- Compact design: air-cooled or water-cooled options for tight machine envelopes.
- Leak-free guarantee: every radiator pressure tested before shipment.
- OEM/ODM: your brand, your packaging, from prototype to volume.

How It Works
- Hot oil from the vacuum pump enters the radiator.
- The oil flows through the plate-fin core, and heat transfers to the fins.
- A fan blows air across the fins (air-cooled) or water flows through adjacent passages (water-cooled).
- The cooled oil returns to the pump at the right temperature, keeping vacuum stable.
Applications & Aftermarket
Our circular vacuum pump radiators are used on rotary vane, liquid ring and other vacuum pumps in packaging, plastics, medical, food and industrial plants. We also supply aftermarket replacement radiators compatible with major vacuum pump brands - a fast, cost-effective alternative to OEM parts, built to the original envelope and duty.
We also supply cooling for related machines: OEM replacement air compressor aftercoolers & oil coolers and excavator coolers, plus air-cooled oil coolers.
