Step 1: Tell Us Your Requirement
Send us your oil type, flow rate, heat load or target temperature, space available, and a drawing if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can help.
Step 2: Sizing & Quotation (within 24 hours)
Our engineers calculate the heat load, select the core and cooling method, and check pressure drop against your system. You receive a design proposal, drawing confirmation and quotation within 24 hours.
Step 3: Drawing & Design Confirmation
We confirm the core dimensions, ports, mounting and performance with you before production. For OEM work, we manufacture exactly to your drawing; for ODM work, we finalize our design with your approval.
Step 4: Prototype & Evaluation
For custom designs we make a prototype for your evaluation and testing. We adjust the design based on your results until it performs exactly as required.
Step 5: Production & Quality Control
After approval, production starts. Every cooler receives meticulous quality control inspection and is pressure and leak tested, and incoming materials and processes are checked against specifications. Test reports are available for every batch.
Step 6: Packaging & Shipment
We pack for sea or air freight with protective cases, prepare export documentation, and keep you updated until the goods arrive. We support you after shipment too.
