An air cooled oil cooler removes heat from hydraulic oil, compressor oil or other industrial fluids by blowing air across a vacuum-brazed aluminum plate-fin core. Hot fluid enters the core, heat transfers to the fins, and a fan carries it away - keeping your machine at a safe working temperature. How It Works
- Hot oil or compressed air enters the cooler from the hydraulic circuit, compressor or power unit.
- The fluid flows through the plate-fin core, and heat transfers to the plates and fins.
- A fan blows air across the fins, carrying the heat away.
- The cooled fluid returns to the circuit at a safe working temperature.
