Manufacturing
Our production line is built around the vacuum brazing process, the technology that gives aluminum plate-fin coolers their strength and leak-free joints.
- 100% vacuum brazing process - every core is brazed in a vacuum furnace for clean, strong joints without flux residue.
- Machining - CNC machining for manifolds, flanges and mounting brackets.
- Assembly - core assembly, fan mounting, welding of ports and pressure testing.
- Finishing - surface treatment and painting for corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
Testing & Quality Control
A cooler that leaks is useless, and a cooler that bursts is dangerous. That is why testing is a fixed step, not an afterthought:
- Pressure test - every cooler is pressure tested before it leaves the factory.
- Leak test - air or water leak testing confirms the oil side and the water/air side are fully separated.
- Burst test - samples are tested to destruction to verify the safety margin of the design.
- Corrosion test - surface treatment is validated for salty, humid and industrial environments.
- Incoming material inspection - aluminum, brazing materials and components are checked against specifications.
Every shipment can be accompanied by test reports and quality documentation on request.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. We design, machine, braze, assemble and test coolers in our own factory, and we are happy to prove it with drawings, photos and test reports.
